The estate overlooks the Prosecco area of Valdobbiadene Superior di Cartizze, a strategic location for the production and sale of an excellent Valdobbiadene DOCG in limited numbers, about 50,000 bottles between Spumante, Frizzante and Frizzante with spontaneous fermentation in the bottle.

In the Casa “Ai Castagni” you can arrange your aperitifs with our Prosecco Superior DOCG or accompany your meals with a glass of Prosecco Frizzante DOC with spontaneous fermentation in the bottle, a dry, digestible, light wine. At the end of the meal, offer a small glass of Grappa di Prosecco DOC, born from the pomace of Glera grapes and distilled in a small distillery according to ancient local tradition.
